15 years of leadership experience in dynamic, fast-growing companies have shown me just how challenging leadership can be during times of change. Today, I combine this hands-on leadership experience with my training as a systemic business coach, supporting leaders as they navigate precisely these kinds of challenges.
My approach is systemic and individualized. As a certified systemic business coach, experienced leader, and qualified trainer, I offer not only knowledge, tools, and techniques, but also create a space where change and development become possible. Together, we will work on leveraging your strengths, defining your goals, and achieving them with joy.
