As a leader, it has always been close to my heart to support the personal and professional development of my team members in the best possible way. After ten years as a manager in a dynamic company like Zalando, I decided to follow my passion and work independently as a career and business coach, consultant and trainer. As a certified systemic business coach, experienced leader, and qualified trainer, I offer not only knowledge, tools, and techniques, but also create a space where change and development become possible.
